LYOR offers a return period of 14 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the watch must be unworn, unused and returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documents included.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable unless the item is defective. LYOR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the stated conditions.
